An Armoured crew lot to 7886045 Harold Sharpe consisting of black tankers beret with correlating serial number on tape sewn into lining , WW2 certificate of Service book , Record of Service ( WW2) & a black & white photograph of a group of firemen presumably his profession after the war. Service book records him as having joined the Tank Corps in September 1935 then transferring to the Armoured Corps on 11th April 1939 until joining the Catering Corps in October 1942 . Served in NW Europe from 11th June 44 until 15th September 1945. He was also in receipt of the silver wound badge most likely having been wounded in the Armoured Corps & then transferring out to the ACC on medical grounds. There is also an embroidered tankers 'Fear Naught' blazer badge within the group. There are no markings or date to the beret.
