A named WW2 Royal Marines Commando Battledress Dated 1942. Untouched battledress with 'ROYAL MARINES COMMANDO' titles to each arm & embroidered dagger patch . A Marine that has seen much action he has medal ribbons to left breast '39-45 star, Africa Star , Italy Star & France & Germany. Sergeant chevrons to both sleeves. Wounded in action he has one wound stripe to left lower sleeve. Interior lining has recipients name & Number ' PL/X108337 E.ROBBINS' . Clothing label intact with clear date February 1942. A worn battledress stored away until now it has three or four moth small holes visible upon close inspection
